Why Yoga?

Yoga increases strength, flexibility, balance and perhaps most blessedly, peace of mind. With a weekly practice (you decide how many days) you encourage & maintain pranic flow which brings vital energy to all parts of your body and your life.

We are all at different points on our well-being paths & we bring a different body and mindset to the mat each time we practice. It’s imperative to meet your body where it is and embrace each individual series as you are— on that day, without judgment, and commit to returning, even when your motivation might wane.
