Tricia Schwaba is a retired Massage Therapist, present day Yoga Teacher and self-proclaimed Well Being Warrior. She believes a good portion of chronic muscle pain can be corrected by changing depleting postural habits and enhancing awareness of the less obvious emotional patterns.
